We’re inviting expressions of interest from individuals keen to shape the future of the Woodland Carbon Code.

 

As a member of our Advisory Board, you’ll play a vital role in guiding the development, application and promotion of the code, helping to grow the UK’s ecosystem markets.

 

This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise, connect with industry leaders and gain fresh insights into the evolving landscape of natural capital and carbon markets.

Available positions

We’re looking to appoint new advisory board members for the following roles: 

  • 2 x project developers - Must have completed the validation of at least five projects.
  • 1 x retail aggregator - Must have an active retail aggregator account on the UK Land Carbon Registry and have transacted credits from the code
  • 1 x corporate buyer - Must have bought or be interested in buying Woodland Carbon Code credits for your company’s use
  • 1 x investor - Must have invested in or be planning to invest a significant sum in UK woodland carbon projects.

Commitment 

The commitment includes: 

  • Attend four meetings per year
  • Provide occasional input on consultations and code updates
