We’ve published a clarification to version 3.0 of the code to help project developers and validation and verification bodies interpret the standard.
It sets out our approach to aspects including:
- Documents needed at registration
- Accounting for grant uplifts
- Combining nutrient neutrality and carbon projects in England
The clarifications should be read alongside version 3.0 and are effective from today, Thursday 29 January. Some updates will also apply to previous versions of the code.
If you are preparing to submit documents for registration, validation or verification, please review the clarifications and update your documents as needed.
